Kilikanoon is proud to announce our continuing success at the Mundus Vini Grand International Wine Awards. In 2021 we have again been awarded Mundus Vini Best Producer Australia. This is the fifth year in a row that we have been awarded this prestigious award and the sixth time in total.

Travis Fuller, Kilikanoon’s General Manager was delighted with the news.  “The Mundus Vini International wine competition brings together a wide and varied group of industry professionals twice a year to work through thousands of samples.  For Kilikanoon to win Best Producer for the fifth time in a row is testament to the outstanding quality and consistency of our wines”. 

“What is particularly pleasing is that the wines are judged by an international audience and thus more accurately reflects real world preferences for wine quality and style” He continued.

Kilikanoon was also awarded 2 Grand Gold Medals out of the 10 awarded internationally, 12 Gold Medals and 3 Silver Medals out of 19 wines submitted.

“We are particularly proud of our Grand Gold win for the 2019 Morrison Shiraz Cabernet.  This wine is yet to be released, however the 2018 vintage which has just hit the market, won a Grand Gold medal in last year’s competition so demonstrates the outstanding quality of one of the newest additions to our range.” Travis said.  Requiring at least 95 points or more, the Grand Gold award is a rare sight indeed. 

Being awarded ‘Best Producer Australia’ five years in a row highlights Kilikanoon’s dedication and uncompromising commitment to quality and style that has made the brand internationally so successful.
