Mort established many of the original vineyards of Kilikanoon. Appearance
Pale lemon with a pristine clarity.

Subtle aromas of white peach, blossom, green apple skin with soft layering notes of oyster shell.

Palate
Delicate and crisp, this wine fills the mouth with a chalky palate, fine talcum powder like tannins and a long, clean quinine finish. Fresh flavours of ripe mandarin pith and sweetened lime carry throughout the length of the wine.
