  • Appearance

Pale lemon with a pristine clarity.

  • Nose

Subtle aromas of white peach, blossom, green apple skin with soft layering notes of oyster shell.

  • Palate

Delicate and crisp, this wine fills the mouth with a chalky palate, fine talcum powder like tannins and a long, clean quinine finish. Fresh flavours of ripe mandarin pith and sweetened lime carry throughout the length of the wine.
