How do I join the Covenant Club?

You can join the the Covenant Club simply by signing up on the website or by calling or emailing the Wine Club.

Why should I join the Covenant Club? What is it?

The Covenant Club provides a wealth of privileges to its members!

It is a subscription box where you choose the wines! Simply select 11 wines that suit your taste and we include a complimentary 12th bottle from the cellar. With a minimum of 2 cases per year, you have full control with your choice of wines and when they are delivered.


Additionally, you receive preferential pricing, FREE SHIPPING, access to special events, Special Offers, a FREE tasting at Cellar Door every year and access to our Club Only wines.

How often do I get my wine?

When you sign up, you can choose the frequency of your orders. Choose between every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. To be a member, there is a minimum requirement of 2 orders per year.

How do I know when my wine is coming?

You will receive two emails ahead of each order at 17 days out and 7 days out respectively. This gives you the opportunity to check your address, amend your wine choices or update your credit card details.

You can also check your upcoming orders on your account page.

How do I log into my account?

When you sign up, you will receive a Welcome email with an activation link. This must be clicked on in within 48 hours (before it expires) so you can set up your password and activate your account. Once activated, the "SIGN IN" button is at the top right of the Kilikanoon website.

If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot your password" on the login page.

If you haven't activated your account, then call the Wine Club on 08 8849 2356 so we can send a new activation link.

Can I change my wine order?

YES! You can log into your account and change your subscription as often as you want. However you must make changes at least 48 hours before your next order is due to give us time to process the changes.

How long does delivery take?

We do our utmost to process and ship orders as soon as they are received. We use Australia Post to handle our deliveries and they normally state between 5-10 working days. However there are sometimes delays and issues that are outside of our control which may mean it takes longer than expected.

What if my wine has an issue or doesn’t arrive?

We offer a 30-day refund policy for goods and delivery charges on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition if you are unhappy with our product. Please contact us to make return/refund arrangements.

Any faults or breakages that occur during transit to you are replaced as a gesture of good will. Once we receive returned goods and/or proof (photo) of breakage, we will refund the purchase price, usually within 14 days.

For any other issues, such as your wine not being delivered or going missing in transit, contact wineclub@kilikanoon.com.au within two months of the expected delivery date and we will organise a replacement. Any claims made after two months will not be replaced.

I need to pause my subscription, can I do this?

Yes of course. We understand that you may go away or feel your cellar is too full. You can pause your subscription at any time either through your online account or by getting in touch with us directly.

How do I join the Collective Club?

You can join the Collective by signing up for our emails on the website or by calling or emailing the Wine Club.

Why should I join the Collective Club? What is it?

The Collective allows you to gain access to special privileges without committing to a set number of wine orders per year.

By receiving our emails, you will benefit from a 10% discount off all your wine orders* (that you phone us for) as well as access to special events and Special Offers.

*Please note, the 10% discount does not apply to already discounted wine.

How do I order?

You can order directly from our website, however to benefit from your 10% Collective discount, please call the Wine Club.

How much is shipping?

All orders OVER $350 or 12+ bottles qualify for FREE shipping. Orders below $350 or fewer than 12 bottles have a flat rate of $20 Australia wide.
