Your continued use of this website implies that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and consent to be bound by them. 

1. Age Requirement

Access to this website is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older, or those who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence. If you do not meet these criteria, you must promptly exit the website.

2. Liquor Laws

Kilikanoon Wines holds Liquor licences under the South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Licence number 57604669 and number 57702637. www.kilikanoon.com.au is required to ensure an audit trail exists to identify the purchase and sale or supply of liquor and no liquor is to be sold or supplied to a minor.

3. Property & Restrictions of use

All intellectual property rights visible on this website, including names, logos, copyright material, trademarks (register and unregistered) are owned by Kilikanoon. You can not use that intellectual property unless it has been permitted by Kilikanoon in writing (or in the case of copyright material, as permitted by Australia and International copyright laws.)

5. Disclaimer

 Kilikanoon will take all steps to ensure accuracy across our website and the information it provides. All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, changes in duty, GST and other government charges. If your order includes a product that is not available, we will contact you and provide suggestions on another product as near as possible in style, quality and price. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all vintages are current, if the stocked vintage changes before you receive your order, we will contact you to inform you of the change to the vintage and determine if you still want the product. All wines need to be paid for before they leave the winery

We reserve the right to amend and alter information displayed on our website including these terms of service. Continued use of the website following the amendment of these terms of service will be in effect immediately and shall be deemed to be an agreement by you to be bound to.
