Cabernet Sauvignon is at its best served at around 16-18°C. If the bottle has been sitting in a warm house, pop it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before opening to let the fruit and aromatics shine.

Both young (and older) Cabernet Sauvignon benefit from 30-60 minutes in a decanter, allowing the wine to soften and reveal more of its dark fruit and savoury complexity.
