1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Kilikanoon Wines website and online store. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kilikanoon Wines.

Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products online.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

2. Products, pricing and orders

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate. However, vintages, product descriptions and availability may change.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

We make every effort to supply the vintage displayed at the time of purchase. If the vintage changes before dispatch, we will contact you to explain the change and confirm whether you wish to proceed. If you do not wish to proceed, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

3. Responsible service of alcohol

Kilikanoon Wines holds a South Australian liquor licence, licence number 50807892.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally entitled to purchase alcohol.

We may require your date of birth and other information necessary to verify your eligibility to purchase alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where required by law or where we reasonably believe a sale would breach our liquor licensing obligations.

All sales and deliveries are subject to applicable liquor licensing laws and licence conditions.

4. Delivery

We use Australia Post's wine delivery service to deliver orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the delivery network and circumstances beyond our control. Delivery may take up to 14 business days.

A signature may be required on delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel may be taken to a designated collection point, subject to the carrier's procedures and collection time limits.

Where an authority to leave option is available and you select it, you authorise delivery without a signature at your nominated location. Responsibility for the parcel after delivery will be determined in accordance with your delivery instructions and applicable law.
