You must not order or receive goods from us:

- For re-sale purposes, all goods purchased from the website must be for personal consumption/use.
- These products are exempt from any ordering limits or restrictions that we may impose on our site.
We reserve the right to either accept or decline any order for the delivery of goods, whether in full or part. We hold no liability to you for goods that cannot be supplied, but assure a refund for any amounts paid in relation to the undelivered items.
Returns & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is important to note that we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure the accuracy of all product and delivery details.
In the unlikely circumstance where the received goods are faulty, not as ordered, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards (as outlined in s54(2) of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), please reach out to us at +61 8 8849 2356. We will make every effort to promptly address and rectify the situation. Should we be unable to provide the specific vintage of wine you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it with the same wine from a different vintage.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser at the time of sale, it is understood that the purchaser requires the seller to deliver the goods. Delivery will be conducted through Australia Post unless stated otherwise. Any delivery timeframes provided by us are merely indicative. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred due to non-compliance with the specified delivery timeframes or any delays for any reason.
