With many of the Kilikanoon’s vineyards situated in the famed sub-appellation of Watervale, Clare Valley, this Riesling holds the hallmarks of the unique and idyllic region.
The grapes were placed directly into the press where they were drained and gently pressed to tank for cold settling. The racked juice was fermented cool for three weeks to retain freshness and delicate aromatics. The finished wine was then stabilised and filtered to ensure clarity and longevity.

Soft citrus aromas are lifted with white floral scents.
Mimicking the aroma, flavours of lemon and lime zest are mellow on the front of the palate before being supported a crisp, fresh acidity that drives the length. Crisp and juicy, the palate is a concentrated array of lemon and lime zest. The flavours are carried through the length and finish of the wine which is driven by a mineral acidity.
