A uniquely Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is composed to create this wine of power and distinction. The Morrison Vineyard for which the wine is named, is situated directly across from the winery in the sub-region of Leasingham. This vineyard is affectionately known as “The Golden Hillside” for the spectacular way the vineyard glistens in the morning sun.

Tasting Notes

Intense, ripe red berry flavours flood the senses, radiating from the rich core of the palate. A slate-like minerality lends itself to a bright natural acidity that flows through the entire length of the wine. Full bodied, the wine is firmly structured while persisting with a softening tannin. The finish is carried by spiced dried fruit flavours and is rich till the very end.
