Tasting Notes
Back Vintage Tasting Notes-
Appearance
Brick red in colour with deep crimson hues.
-
Nose
Bright blackberry aromas with a touch of tobacco leaf and a subtle charry French oak character.
-
Palate
The aromas are mimicked on the palate where they are supported by fine grained tannins and balanced acidity. The long, succulent finish will give rise to further complexity if cellared carefully.
Well balanced with Plum and Cherries upfront with hints of herbs after . Fine almost dusty tannins with a long lasting finish. Nicely weighted.
Would be very happy to enjoy a long afternoon partaking in a bottle. Not sure if i would want to share it though :)
