Grapes from the Baroota region, located between the cool waters of South Australia’s Spencer Gulf and the Flinders Ranges from the heart of Kilikanoon Baroota Shiraz. ‘Baroota’ is derived from the Aboriginal word meaning a hunting place. Baroota enjoys a southern Mediterranean microclimate, ideal for the production of full-bodied, distinctive Shiraz.

Tasting Notes

Velvety, full-bodied and robust on the palate, with powerful sunny aromas balanced by a moderate freshness. Firm and spicy on the finish.
