This release of the Prophecy Clare Valley Shiraz, available only to Kilikanoon Wine Club members, has been composed from selected premium vineyards in the Clare Valley.  

Winemaking

As with all vintages, each parcel was kept separate until final blending, vinification occurring in open topped fermenters, then traditional basket pressing before transferring to a selection of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads for sixteen months. Final assemblage occurred in October prior to bottling both unfined and unfiltered.

Elegant cherry with wild red berries and a touch of cedar

Palate

Silky smooth tannins, with delicious red fruits. Smooth and round with a firm medium body.
