The dry winter, cold nights and warm days produced a classic Clare Valley vintage. These factors resulted in a growing season that intensified the ripening process and allowed our winemaking team to harvest each parcel with intense flavours and tannin already present in the vineyard\u003c\/span\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003eThe Shiraz is sourced from the Morrison vineyard and the Cabernet is grown on the opposite ridge.
