Disclaimer

All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, changes in duty, GST and other government charges. If your order includes a product that is not available, we will contact you and provide suggestions on another product as near as possible in style, quality and price. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all vintages are current, if the stocked vintage changes before you receive your order, we will contact you to inform you of the change to the vintage and determine if you still want the product. All wines need to be paid for before they leave the winery.

Liquor Laws

Kilikanoon Wines holds a Producers Licence* under the South Australian Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Licence number 50807892. www.kilikanoon.com.au is required to ensure an audit trail exists to identify the purchase and sale or supply of liquor and no liquor is to be sold or supplied to a minor.

Sale of Alcohol

It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. In order to complete your purchase, you must certify that that you are 18 years of age or older.

Returns and Claims

Kilikanoon Wines is proud of the quality of its products and stands by them. If you are unhappy with our product we offer a 30-day refund policy for goods and delivery charges on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition. Please contact us to make return/refund arrangements.

Any faults or breakages that occur during transit to you are replaced as a gesture of good will. Once we receive returned goods or proof (photo) of breakage, we will refund the purchase price, usually within 14 days.

For any other issues, such as your wine not being delivered or going missing in transit, contact wineclub@kilikanoon.com.au within two months of the expected delivery date and we will organise a replacement. Any claims made after two months will not be replaced. 

Delivery

Kilikanoon Wines uses the specialized wine delivery network at Australia Post to deliver your goods. This service requires a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you choose to have the goods delivered to your home or business and you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox and your package will be securely stored at your local post office for collection. The post office keeps your parcel for a maximum of 14 days. Should you give us an authority to leave, all responsibility for the wine falls to you once the goods have been left at your requested delivery location. Delivery can take up to 14 working days, but this time frame can be shorter depending on the delivery network at that particular time and your distance from major centres.
