Vintage Conditions

The Oath Shiraz is sourced from the best rows at our Morrisons’s vineyard. These are located on the top of the Ridge, overlooking Watervale. Allowing for maximum concentration of fruit, showcasing the Kilikanoon house style consisting of powerful elegance.

Winemaking

Fermented in open fermenters for 7-8 days. Pump-over twice daily. Basket pressed into quality French oak hogsheads 5% new balance 2-5 years old. Maturation in barrel for 15 months prior to blending and bottling. No Fining or filtration.
