Winemaking

Vinified using our traditional Kilikanoon methods of open fermentation and basket pressing and sourced from both Estate owned vineyards in Greenock and Vine Vale and private growers vineyards in Ebenezer. Aged in new and older French and American oak hogsheads before bottling un-fined and unfiltered.
